Effects

Channa has a relaxing and socially stimulating effect. Kanna also has a stimulating effect and gives a euphoric feeling. After ingestion it usually has a slightly stimulating effect at first and after about an hour it relaxes. A number of people also experience an increased sensitivity to touch and an increase in libido.
